<div><font color="blue">The Oregon State Fiscal Association Board of Directors consists of seven positions and these volunteer positions each serve for a two year term. For each year from the seven Board members, one serves as the President, the President-Elect,
the Treasurer and the Secretary. Each year we have approximately half of the Board completing their two year terms and are looking for members to volunteer to replace them. </font></div>

<div><font color="blue">At the May 5, 2015 annual conference, Mark Hubbard from the Oregon Department of Forestry, Melody Taber from the Oregon Youth Authority and Clay Flowers from the Oregon Department of Transportation will be completing their two years
on the Board. The remaining Board members will be looking for those individuals who would like to become OSFA Board members.</font></div>

<div><font color="blue">Would you like an opportunity to gain leadership experience and network with people from multiple state agencies? Serving as a member on the OSFA Board of Directors gives you an opportunity to do this and more! You will learn about
project management, conference planning and recruiting presenters. You will work closely with people from other state agencies and forge strong connections and friendships which will last for years. </font></div>

<div><font color="blue">This is an amazing opportunity. You will practice leadership and management skills throughout the year, with a group of like-minded individuals dedicated to encouraging and supporting each other in learning the same. </font></div>

<div><font color="blue">OSFA’s next board meeting is Tuesday, February 10, 2015 in the Department of Transportation Building at 355 Capitol Street. The meeting is held in Conference Room 241. Please join us for our next meeting to find out what it’s like
to serve on the board. If this date is not convenient for you, the Board will be meeting on Tuesday March 10<font size="1"><span style="font-size:5.3pt;"><sup>th</sup></span></font> and Tuesday April 14<font size="1"><span style="font-size:5.3pt;"><sup>th</sup></span></font>
at the same location.</font></div>

<div><font color="blue">If you are interesting in participating with OSFA as a Board member, please submit a letter of interest with one to three paragraphs describing your work experience and what qualities you will bring to the board as a member. We are requesting
these letters of interest be received by Friday April 17, 2015.</font></div>
