<p>The Washington County Visitors Association (WCVA), a destination marketing organization based in Beaverton, Oregon, currently is seeking a Director of Operations and Finance. The position will be responsible for directing and managing the financial affairs
and day-to-day operations of the organization, which has an overall operating budget of more than $3 million annually.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p>Successful candidates must be a certified public account (CPA) and have a proven track record in a management-level position in a non-profit, governmental or marketing agency. Must also have strong knowledge of human resources administration, policies and
reporting. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p>Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree in accounting from an accredited, four-year institution, plus a minimum of three to five years of governmental and/or non-profit financial experience at a managerial level, preferably in tourism, economic development
or similar field. Must be able to grow with the travel and tourism industry, and be passionate and professional.<o:p></o:p></p>
