stakeholders (other state agencies, units of local government) to align goals and better coordinate purchasing. In this position you have opportunities to leverage your analytical skills to determine optimal pricing methodologies, determine leverage points
in negotiations, and to analyze spend data. This role is responsible for providing leadership in recommending, developing, and managing large, complex and political statewide IT Procurements – but is unique in that it is not a contracting position. This role

be responsible for vendor relationship management and communicating the needs of our state agencies and local government partners across the State. Finally, you will be frequently presenting to large and diverse audiences in various venues across the state.
