In addition, recreational boats would be prohibited from operating under the temporary <span style='color:black'>work trestles that will be built on either side of the river, and within a safety zone under the swing of the cranes used to construct the bridge supports.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal style='text-indent:.5in;line-height:200%'><span style='color:black'>Written comment will be accepted through the end of March.
