Discussion will be limited to fiscal impacts of potential proposed rules affecting Waldo Lake and the Willamette River in Multnomah County.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>For Waldo Lake, discussion will focus on the fiscal impacts related to the prohibition on the use of internal combustion motors on boats. On the Willamette, discussion will focus on the fiscal impacts related to a slow-no-wake zone adjacent to the Sellwood Bridge Construction Site, and fiscal impacts related to a rule amendment to un-exempt Coast Guard inspected passenger vessels under 100 gross tons from the slow-no-wake zones within Ross Island Lagoon and Holgate Channel. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>The committee will focus on potential fiscal impacts on state agencies, units of local government, the public, and small business. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>This is an information gathering meeting. The public may attend but discussion will be limited to committee members only.
