As part of the Marine Board’s 2011-2016 strategic plan, an external advisory committee will convene for their fourth meeting on February 26 at the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training, 4190 Aumsville Highway in Salem, from 9 am to 4 pm.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:150%"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""> The advisory committee is comprised of a wide variety of stakeholders, from organized clubs to private citizens from around the state. The non-motorized
<span style="color:black">external advisory committee will be making recommendations to the Marine Board on how to best engage and incorporate non-motorized boaters into the future mission of the agency and meet the ever-evolving needs of all boating user groups.</span>
