<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:200%"><b> </b><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">The Indian Creek boat launch will close on November 11 for a facility upgrade that includes</span><span style="font-size:9.0pt;line-height:200%;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">
</span><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">a new, 170-foot section of concrete lunch ramp. The park’s Gordon Gulch boat launch also is closed for the season due to Owyhee Reservoir’s predictably low-water level throughout the winter months.
</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:200%;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:.5in;line-height:200%"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">The Malheur County boat ramp, just above the dam, will re-open to provide access to the reservoir for recreational boating and fishing.

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:.5in;line-height:200%"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">The Indian Creek boat launch should re-open in late March when the upgrade is completed.
<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:.5in;line-height:200%"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">Lake Owyhee State Park is approximately 45 miles southwest of Nyssa. The parks two campgrounds, McCormack and Indian Creek, are also closed for
