The Marine Board and City of Lake Oswego urge boaters to use extreme caution while boating on the Willamette River between Meldrum Bar and Clackamette Park beginning October 14 through November 14.

<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:200%"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""> Contractors will be assembling and floating a 3,900 foot pipeline from Meldrum Bar to Clackamette Park as part of a water supply project. The pipe
will be floating at or just below the surface and will run diagonally across the river and will be marked by 100 foot, interval-lighted
