State Marine Board designated Promontory Park Marina, owned by Portland General Electric in Estacada, as a Certified Clean Marina on June 30. This makes the 64th certified Clean Marina in Oregon.

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:.5in;line-height:200%"><span lang="EN" style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">Promontory Park recently re-opened after a two-year closure to install a fish passage and make other recreation improvements to the
marina and campground facilities. </span><span lang="EN" style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">PGE showed strong interest in certification as a Clean Marina while making improvements to the marina.

Programs Coordinator for the Oregon State Marine Board. “Boaters and the general public will know that certified facilities are doing all they can to preserve and protect Oregon’s important natural resources.”
