speed restriction be removed from the area north of the Hampton Mill to the confluence of the Columbia River and the 5-mph designation be amended to read, “slow-no wake.” Additionally, the petitioner proposes “5 mph” be replaced by “slow-no wake” on:<o:p></o:p></span></p>
