were received, identifying nearly $5 million in project needs with $2,062,249 in state boater funds and $715,236 in federal funds available.

if they possess a Special Boater Pass issued by Oregon Parks and Recreation Department. Additionally, the Board approved initiating rulemaking for: Division 015, Ocean Charter Vessels, to clarify boat safety and equipment rules, and; Division 016, Outfitter/Guide
Registration, to amend boat safety equipment rules and adopt rules for drug, health and knowledge testing.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif";color:black">The Marine Board is funded by registration fees and marine fuel taxes paid by boaters.
<strong>No general fund tax dollars</strong> are used to support the agency or its programs. Boater-paid fees go back to boaters in the form of law enforcement services (on-the-water enforcement, training and equipment), education/outreach materials and boating
