<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">The Oregon State Marine Board seeks public comment on proposed rules for the Fly Creek Inlet on Lake Billy Chinook.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">The Board initiated rulemaking in January 2018 to consider a slow-no wake zone in the Fly Creek Inlet. At the Board’s quarterly Board meeting held on March 28, in Salem, the Board tabled
rulemaking, directed staff to modify the proposed rule language, and reinitiate rulemaking.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">The Marine Board will conduct a public hearing on the revised draft language beginning at 9 am during its April 18, Marine Board meeting. To ensure the Board has adequate time to review
written comments, please submit them by April 16, at 5 pm.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
