OSPS E-News ~ Fair Share Deductions Outdated

[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Last night we outdated the fair share deductions for those collective
bargaining agreement units that did not, as of yesterday, have a
contract extension or a tentative agreement per the DAS HRSD Labor
Relations Unit. The deductions have an end date of June 30, 2011.

 

The units included in the this process are:

AFSCME #0974, DOC TRCI security (DKTR)

AFSCME #1643, DOC Transport (DKCB)

AFSCME #1878, DOC PRCF security (DKBD)

AFSCME #2376, DOC security plus (DKAC)

AFSCME #3361-0, DOC EOCI security (DKAE)

AFSCME #3371, DOC WCCF security (DKAO)

AFSCME #3940, DOC SRCI security (DKBF)

AFSCME #3941, DOC CRCI security (DKBA)

AFSCME #3942, DOC SCCI security (DKBE)

AFSCME #3943, DOC SCI security (DKBB)

CIA (IVNN)

IAFF #1660, Portland Air National Guard Firefighters (IPFF)

IAFF #3340, Klamath Falls Airport Firefighters Assoc (IKFF)

OSPS has distributed reports to agencies who have affected employees.
Please do not enter any future fair share deductions for employees
within these collective bargaining units without the direction of your
agency Human Resource department or DAS HRSD Labor Relations.  If you
