[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Last week, we posted updated documents to the OSPS On-line Resources:

These changes included:

*         Updates to the Direct Deposit Entry Guide

for the changes to the AccelaPay contract. In addition, when you enter a
new AccelaPay direct deposit deduction on the P070 Deductions and
Deduction Adjustments screen, please enter AccelaPay in the COMM field
on the P070 screen. This will make it easier for us to maintain
statistics on the use of the AccelaPay card.

*         The Pay and Leave Codes document

includes the new pay codes for recording the use of a private vehicle
for travel to a professional development event under OAM 40.10.00
