Good morning,
The other night there were a few items updated for ePayroll. Here are the items that are most impactful to payroll offices.
* Employees who have a PA code for LWOP in PPDB will be unable to enter time in ePayroll. (The PA code will need to be removed in order to enter time.)
* Supervisor approval screen - the employees are listed in order of last name followed by first name.
* An employee's name on their paystub will be in all capitals similar to the paystubs pushed to the online reports.
There were other smaller behind the scenes changes done.
It has been pretty quiet on the ePayroll front. The programmers have been laying the ground work to help make the change management process more manageable and user friendly. We have changes lined up for this next year and OSPS will be able to talk in more detail about them at the January forum.
Here are some numbers for ePayroll & who is using it for time entry.
51 agencies
18,700 employees (DHS/OHA has the most)
