Good afternoon,
Department of Administrative Services (DAS) Workday Team is reaching out today to let you know that there is a new Time Off app coming for Workday. The new Time Off app will replace the current "Time Off (Absence)" app. Additionally, "Team Time Off (Direct Reports)" dashboard will be removed when the new Time Off app goes live.
Agencies are invited to participate in upcoming End-to-End and User Acceptance Testing for the new Time Off app. End-to-End testing will have specific test scripts assigned to testers with pass/fail criteria. User Acceptance Testing will be more flexible with testing navigation utilizing Help Articles and agencies can test specific scenarios they choose. Testers will complete a survey to provide feedback regarding their User Acceptance Testing.
Please review the information below and start to discuss this opportunity with your internal agency teams. We would like to have test participants identified for both End-to-End and User Acceptance Testing by the end of February. Participants do not have to participate in both End-to-End and User Acceptance Testing. We are asking you as the point of contact for your agency Payroll/Human Resource to complete the form in the link below with all your agency test participants. Invites for a TEAMS Kick-Off meeting will be sent to test participants once we have identified specific dates for both End-to-End and User Acceptance Testing.
