OSPS News ~ Upcoming Payroll Training Sessions – Year End Gross Up & New OAMs

Dear Payroll Professionals,

The Oregon State Controller’s Division (OSC) will be offering training sessions throughout November to support the 2025 Year End Gross Up process and the implementation of the new Oregon Accounting Manual (OAM) policies 45.50.00 and 45.55.00.

The Year End Gross Up training will be recorded for future reference and will also be reviewed during the Payroll Partner Standup on Wednesday, November 12.  Also, the Year End Workbook currently available in Workday Drive (Payroll Resources > Forums and Standups > 2025 > 2025 Year End Forum<https://wd5.myworkday.com/oregon/d/inst/13102!CK5mGhMKBggDEMenAhIJCgcI1Q0Q8aQI*FIknXGl27Dg~/cacheable-task/2998$32990.htmld#backheader=true>) will be updated with the Gross Up steps and available after the training on November 7.
