Hi Tricia,
This does not mean that as we officially process payroll monthly, so we only need to make the vendor payments monthly. This change means that we will garnish wages on mid-month checks, as required by law. Some employees only got paid on the mid-month checks and were able to get away with not having their wages garnished.
Please let me know if you want to discuss this further. Thank you,
Tim

If I am reading this correctly, this means we will now be processing vendor payment on the mid-month cycle after Nov 1st. Is this correct?

Subject: OSPS News ~ Wage Withholding Orders – Percent Based to Deduct on Mid-Month
Good afternoon,
A change is being implemented on November 3, 2025, for Wage Withholding Orders. Percent based wage withholding orders (see list below) on file in Workday will be setup to deduct on all payroll payments, including the first-of-the-month and mid-month payrolls. Employees who have a percent based order will see a deduction on any payments made on or after November 3. For most employees impacted by this, the first time they may see this change is with their mid-month paycheck (November 14, 2025, pay date), if they receive one and have enough disposable wages.
Additional Information
