OSPS News ~ Daily Off Cycle Check Processing Time Change

Greetings,  

We are notifying Agency Payroll offices about a change in settlement time for the daily off-cycle processing. The current settlement time for daily checks begins at 10:30 a.m. The daily check settlement time will be moved up by 30 minutes to 10 a.m. This will provide the Workday Admin team time to incorporate increased internal controls.

The 10 a.m. time change for daily check settlement will begin on April 13, 2026. 

Please continue to add daily off cycle check requests to the check log by midnight Pacific Time for next day processing. If you have check requests that require immediate attention on the day of, please submit a Workday Help Case.
