<p class="MsoNormal">We want to alert you to changes in OSPA that are impacting this morning’s Exception Reports.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">First, last night OSPS migrated a change to production to correct a problem with PEBB domestic partner exception messages. These messages stopped showing up on the agency reports when PEBB Plan Year 2012 changes were made in OSPA. For
this run, you may be seeing new domestic partner exception messages for DPT, DPN, and the new surcharge-related DPS because of these additions. (If you have been consistently working the PEBB Domestic Partner report, they have been showing on this report from
the beginning of the plan year.) <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Second, this week PEBB sent HEM non-participant deductions into OSPA for employees/spouse/partners that did not complete their required e-learn lessons. PEBB has identified errors in the information sent to OSPA and is working with the
vendor to get these corrected as soon as possible. <b>They plan to send an agency update later today</b>. This data, which may not be correct, will create the same exception messages as the migrated change.

<p class="MsoNormal">If you find the exception message <span style="color:red">“5200-DOM PART SCHG/NO DPS GPA EXISTS”</span>, look at the PAYROLL ITEM column.
<span style="color:red">If it is TBSC or SGSC, research the coverage start date and make those entries for this tax year. Do not make the entries for HESC until we hear more from PEBB.</span> <o:p></o:p></p>
