<div>For tax year 2012 only, the online PDF copy of employees’ W-2s has now been formatted to meet the criteria for filing a paper tax return with both the IRS and Oregon Dept. of Revenue!</div>

<div>This means that you will no longer need to request a copy using the OSPS form “W-2 Reprint / Reissued Statement Request”. <b><u>This applies to tax year 2012 W-2s only</u></b><u>.</u> Tax years 2008-2011 will still need to be requested using the OSPS
form.</div>

<div>Remember, for all available tax years, the online PDF copy of the W-2 will satisfy any purpose an employee or third party would need it for <b><u>besides</u></b> filing a paper tax return with the IRS. So, save both you and your employee time and energy
by utilizing this great resource.</div>
