<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">All members enrolled in a UNUM plan (Employee and/or Spouse) were updated Friday night to show a term and re-enroll in PDB that changed the current premium amount to the
higher premium amount (15% increase) effective 6/1/15.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif">PEBB will work with OSPS agencies on any of the rejected records that occurred due to the change. There were only 27 subscriber records affected that did not automatically
update in OSPS. This number exceeds expectations.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
