<p class="MsoNormal">OSPS has added a new pay code for non-cash payment for taxable employee moving expense, MVU. Payments can be made directly to vendors through the Statewide Financial Management Application (SFMA). If paid through SFMA, the agency payroll
office enters MVU, in OSPA, to make the payment taxable to the employee. <o:p></o:p></p>
