<p class="MsoNormal">The September PERS pickup and step increases<span style="color:#1F497D">,</span> which are normally completed by the Workday support team around the first part of the month<span style="color:#1F497D">,</span> will be delayed until after
the 7/1/19 COLA is added.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The current plan is for the Workday support team to add the COLA for most state employees (pending contract ratification) from September 20-22. Once the COLA is done they will then do the September PERS pickup and step increases on September
22 as well.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">That means, for any terms in September that should have received a step increase or the PERS pickup, you will need to work with your HR team to update them manually. These September terms will then be included with any July or August terms
and have the COLA added after September 23.<o:p></o:p></p>
