<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Remember any changes to the P010 that will have a pay period date of 01/31/20 or later will require the agency to verify the employee has a 2020 Federal
<b><u>and</u></b> State W-4 on file. If the employee does not a 2020 W-4 on file, then the payroll office will need to request them from the employee. We recommend the employee go into Workday and update their withholding elections.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
