<div>This is a reminder that Exempt W-4 forms expire; please review your E370-06-1 report that are now available with your quarterly reports.</div>

</font>or on WorkDay, employees can go to pay, then tax elections. </div>

<div>By February 1, payroll offices need to request a new Form W-4, Employee's Withholding Allowance Certificate, from each employee who claimed exemption from income tax withholding last year.</div>

<div>On February 16, any Form W-4 previously given to Payroll claiming exemption from withholding has expired and you should begin withholding by adding an entry to the P010 screen. If the employee does not give you a new 2021 Form W-4, withhold tax as if
he or she is single. </div>
