<p class="MsoNormal">On Monday 8/15/22, OSPS will be transitioning to balance transfers (BT) only. All employee checks will need to be written to the agency they work for. The agency will then send us a BT to complete the process to clear the net negative.

<p class="MsoNormal">Changing this process reduces lost checks in the mail, greatly increases the speed of clearing the net pay negative off the system, and reduces the number of checks returned for NSF. At the same time, it puts a lot of options back in the
agencies hands for how to take care of their employee and the way they accept payments from them. <o:p></o:p></p>
