Hello Payroll Professionals:

My announcement below seems to have confused some of you, so let me expand upon that message below.

Net pay negatives and positives cannot exist in OSPA when we close it down. We need you to zero all accounts by either paying employees (and prior employees) or collecting the over payments from employees (and prior employees). It could
also be that the balance (positive or negative) comes from an adjustment that was never fully processed.

Those net pay negatives and positives that are $10 and under (+$10 to -$10) have been cleared to taxes by your central team. If a prior employee has no federal or State taxes to clear this to, this information will be provided to you soon.
We will also be providing you all those remaining balance that cannot be cleared to taxes those (over $10). These will need a balance transfer (BT) from your agency to clear.

I hope that helps clarify the message below.

Hello Payroll Professionals,

Due to the overwhelming submissions, we were not able to enter all BTs and Clear to Tax requests that were submitted to us by 6pm last Friday. This means that if those requests were for prior periods (other than November), we will be asking
you to set correctives for the only open period left (November).

Also, in light of this workload issue, we recommend that your additional BTs and Clear to Tax requests that will clear in the November period, be sent to us by close of business (6pm) on 12/20/22. Anything after that, we can’t guarantee
will be processed timely within OSPA for the December Run One cutoff.
