 The cap does not allow for employees to go over the specific Comp Time hours in their contract. This has put employees in a situation where Comp Time was moved into a status of “Forfeiture” and essentially causing them to use Comp Time or lose it. To solve
 for the issue of employees having Comp Time moved into forfeiture, a payroll configuration change has been implemented to remove the maximum accrual cap for Comp Time and Spill Time effective dated on June 1, 2023. </span></span><span class="eop"><span style="color:black"> </span></span><span style="font-size:9.0pt;font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif;color:black"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
