<p class="MsoNormal">The purpose of this communication is to address the questions and concerns we have received regarding the Employer Name on the 2024 Forms W-2.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The State of Oregon employer name was changed to reflect the name of the program, Oregon Statewide Payroll Services or OSPS, at DAS who files the employment tax returns (including Forms W-2) on behalf of all state of Oregon agencies and
workers under one Federal Employer ID Number (FEIN) and there is only one name used on the forms regardless of agency. OSPS recently moved, and when we updated the address, we ensured that it matched the name and address used in all filings. Last year’s Forms
W-2 form had “State of Oregon (93-1070707 for Tax Reporting)” as the enterprise’s employer so this year we changed it to “Oregon Dept of Admin Services - OSPS” to match the file.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Attached you will find updated Form W-2 resources, with updated links and verbiage to address this issue.<o:p></o:p></p>
