<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%"><span style="color:black">We’ve added an additional layer of security to the “Payment Elections” screen to help protect the personal financial information under the “Accounts” and “Payment Elections”
 sections when updating information.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%">Elevated security roles can still modify accounts on behalf of employees; however, they will now only see the last four (4) digits of an account number located in “Payment Elections”.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%"><b>What’s Changing (for employees only)<o:p></o:p></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%"><span style="color:black">When employees edit their “Payment Elections” in Workday, they will now be asked to verify their identity by entering their full account number.

<b>Accounts Section:</b> When an employee clicks “Edit” they will be prompted to enter the full account number for the accounts they want to change.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="color:black;line-height:115%;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">
<b>Payment Elections Section<i>:</i></b> Employees will be prompted to enter a full account number to access payment elections.

<b>multiple accounts</b> set up in Payment Elections, employees will want to be prepared to enter any of the full account numbers on file.</span><b><o:p></o:p></b></li></ul>

<b>six (6) attempts</b> to enter account information correctly. After six failed attempts, they will be

<li class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:115%;mso-list:l0 level2 lfo1">To regain access, employees will need to submit a Workday help case (or follow their agency’s internal policy). Agency case solvers will coordinate regaining access to payment elections
