[OSSSA218-Fire-All] Why did we receive this email

[osssa218-fire-all at listsmart.osl.state.or.us]

This is just to let you know that I received this email today.  I don't
think it was to be sent to us.

We have been receiving emails from OSSA but this looks like a
interdepartment memo that was sent to us in error.
