Please feel free to pass this information along to all you know who may be interested. You can find more detailed information at http://jobsearch.usajobs.opm.gov/jobsearch.asp?q=fslg&re=0&sort=rv&jbf574=TR93&FedEmp=N&vw=d&ss=0&brd=3876&FedPub=Y&tm=&rad=&zip=&x=38&y=7 And another perk.......you will continue to work with our office and more important will continue our relationship. You may also know it's updated each January. Some of you have asked if there is a listing of changes made. I made some inquiries and here is what I've learned. There weren't a whole lot of changes made in 2009. 1) The 2009 dollar amounts were added, ie, standard mileage rates, 2) By popular request, the Appendix dealing with donations to governments was restored, 3) Also added is a new summary of health benefits. There is a major overhaul in the works for next year. If you would like to offer your thoughts please send them my way and I'll forward them to Stewart and Jayne. Have a great day and watch for an e-mail coming your way soon to register for the IRS, SSA, OSSSA training in the works for June 4 & 5. Once registered you will receive the seminar materials electronically which will include the Taxable Fringe Benefit Guide. Keep in mind when printing, the document is 91 pages. Note I will be out of the office Mar 19 & 20.........have a great weekend!
