To - This e-mail is for all Section 218 employers and those working with the Section 218 employers

Subject - 2009-2010 Oregon State Social Security Administrative fee



The 2009-2010 Oregon State Social Security Administrative fee is being invoiced. 

Active PERS employers will see this invoice on their PERS statements. 

Non-PERS employers and inactive PERS employers will receive invoice information via e-mail, fax or mail.

The following is general information regarding the 2009-2010 invoicing.

Billing period               - July 2009 to June 2010
Base year                     - 2007
Amount per employee -       .50
Minimum Charge       - $15.00

The minimum charge will apply to all employers with 0 to 30 employees. 




Have a great weekend......I will be out Monday, June 1. In addition I will be out of the office for the 2009 IRS/SSA training we are sponsoring. Training materials have been sent out. Registration is still open if there are any of you who haven't registered and would like to.
