[OSSSA218] Release of W-4 (2013 version) by the IRS

Good afternoon:

I have heard from several of you that you have been unable to access the 2013 version of the W-4 on the IRS website and that 2012 is still showing when you go into the website.
Due to some excellent sleuthing by one of our techno-savvy employers, a glitch has been found in accessing the new W-4. By clearing out the old cookies and then proceeding to www.IRS.gov  you will be able to see and print the 2013 version.
