Attached please find the Revised Withholding Tax Formulas document provided by the Oregon Department of Revenue.

An error was found on page 7 of the document sent to you earlier today. This error has caused some difficulties for employers attempting to test their software and has been corrected. In addition to this attachment, the corrected document can be found on the DoR website. Please make sure you are using the most recently updated edition.
