[OSTXUsers] Data availability

I wanted to let everyone know that almost all schools should be able to see their 2012-2013 student data in OSTX.  Some school's data was not available due to missing enrollment records.  A couple of the regional data warehouse providers and other districts sending data were able to update their extracts to send their enrollment data.  Please go in and check to see if you can access your students, their detailed data, and historical assessment scores.  As a point of reference we are not getting ELL data and we are only receiving Special Ed data from Linn-Benton-Lincoln ESD.

If you are not able to see the data for your students and the data resides in your student information system please contact your regional data warehouse provider or district support staff.  Contact ODE's Helpdesk if you do not know who your contact is, OSTX is not displaying assessment data correctly, or the OSTX application is not working. We continue to work at enhancing the software to add additional features or to make existing features easier to use. We also work with the Regional Data Warehouse Providers through the Data Confidence Committee to ensure the data is complete.
