OSTX Enhancements Available November 1
New enhancements to the Oregon Student Record Transfer Exchange (OSTX) application were released November 1.  These enhancements, developed based on user input and feedback, are intended to improve the usability and functionality of the application.

Download Student Information in PDF Form
Student information available through the OSTX application can now be downloaded in PDF format.  Information can be downloaded as a complete summary or limited to specific student information tabs.

Download Student Information in the KIDS Format
Student information available through the OSTX application can now be downloaded in the KIDS file format.  The file is requested through OSTX and delivered via Secure File Transfer.  This option provides additional information beyond what is shown in the OSTX application.  The KIDS format is delimited so the information can be displayed in a spreadsheet.  This format will allow districts to automate loading of electronic student data into their student information systems.

Additional enhancements are planned to increase the functionality of the application.  We will notify users as these enhancements are released.
