[OSTXUsers] Access to students

We have had individuals let us know that they weren't getting access to the tabs in OSTX.  That issue should be fixed. In addition, we have also heard that some of you are not seeing current year students.  Our developers believe they have fixed that problem as well.

I would appreciate it if you would check to see if you are getting access to the tabs you are authorized to and if you are seeing all of your students.  If you are not seeing your tabs or if you are only seeing students that previously left please let the ODE helpdesk know by calling 503-947-5715 or emailing ODE.Helpdesk at ode.state.or.us<mailto:ODE.Helpdesk at ode.state.or.us>.  If you are seeing current year students but are missing some student records please contact your regional data warehouse provider through the process defined for you by your district.

We want to make sure you have all of the data we have received from your regional data warehouse provider.  In addition, if you have any other issues please let the ODE Helpdesk or your regional data warehouse provider know. The sooner we know there are problems the sooner we can resolve them.
