[OYAN] Help Select the Final Titles for Our Mini Mock Printz

Hello everyone,

It’s time to prepare for this year’s *Mini Mock Printz*, and we need your
help finalizing the booklist!

For those new to it: the *Michael L. Printz Award* is the American Library
Association’s award for excellence in young adult literature, honoring
books that exemplify the highest literary merit in YA publishing. A *Mock
Printz* is a fun way for readers and librarians to mirror the award process
— we read, discuss, and vote on which title we think deserves the win.

This first round of voting is to *decide which titles will make it onto our
Mini Mock Printz list*. Once the list is set, each participating library or
group will host their *own Mini Mock Printz discussion* using that shared
booklist. After the discussions, groups will submit their votes, and
together we’ll announce the statewide *Mini Mock Printz winner*.

   how “Printz-worthy” they feel.

*You don’t need to have read every book to participate* — just rate the
ones you’ve read or heard strong recommendations about. Every bit of input
helps!

The form will remain open until* the end of Septmeber 25th*. Your feedback
is essential to building a strong, balanced final list for everyone to use.
