Here’s the answer:<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'>You prepay before you park, and you can park for a maximum of 3 hours in the garage under the library; you can enter the underground garage on the west side of the building. There are also 2 other parking garages 1 and 2 blocks north of the library (The Broadway North & South garages) – in those you can pay for a maximum of 6 hours (or maybe even all day, I think).
