<p class="MsoNormal">On Monday, Jan. 6, Oregon library directors were emailed information about how to access the new version of LearningExpress Library through the Statewide Database Licensing Program. If your library did not receive this information, please

<p class="MsoNormal">Many libraries may be fielding questions about test preparation materials available for the new version of the GED test. LearningExpress Library is offering some materials (with more to come), but they are only available in the Version
