<p class="MsoNormal">Every year I present 4-6 Outstanding Ready to Read Project Awards to libraries with particularly good grant-funded activities. When I go to the libraries to present the awards, I also visit nearby libraries so they can show off the cool
things they are doing and get some face-to-face consulting. This is one of the primary ways I learn what libraries in Oregon are doing and what they look like.<o:p></o:p></p>
