<p class="MsoNormal">It’s funny to do a shoutout on tax day, but it’s been a funny week over here – spring flowers peeking up only to find themselves drenched in snow and hail here in the Valley. It feels a little like Mother Nature is having a temper tantrum.
I hope wherever you are, you are enjoying the mercurial nature of this season.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Today’s shoutout goes down to Coos Bay, <a href="https://www.facebook.com/CoosBayPublicLibrary/photos/a.448952808488919/5261546713896147/">
partnering with their local Co-op to do virtual cooking classes</a>. My elementary school-aged neighbors have been doing virtual cooking with their school the past few months and like to tell me all about what they’ve made – Food is always such a great way
to build connections and community with folks. Thanks to all of you for your continued work in these challenging seasons to keep building connections, we appreciate you over here.
