the Internet survey — officially known as the 2008 National Survey of Public

<DIV>The survey is funded by the American Library Association and the Bill &
Melinda Gates Foundation, and is part of a larger study managed by the American

provided helps the Gates Foundation and ALA work nationally for policies that
