sweepstakes was the 2010 Dive into Saving for College contest to win $1,000
Oregon College Savings Plan scholarships. In addition, $500 goes to the
libraries indicated on the winning entry forms. The name of this will
change every year to reflect the summer reading theme, therefore in general we
have been referring to it as the Oregon summer reading sweepstakes. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

winners were notified the first week in September as indicated in the
sweepstakes rules. It took several weeks to verify the eligibility of the
winners and draw up individualized Oregon College Savings Plan scholarship
paper work. The paper work was mailed to winners in early October, and it
is due to the Office of the State Treasurer November 8<sup>th</sup>. Included
in the paper work are permission release forms. As soon as we have the
winners permission to release their information we will announce them publicly.
