that does <b>not </b>participate in the PERS retirement system.<br>

If your library does not participate in PERS, but has some other retirement plan for your employees, could you please reply to this email? You don’t need to give me any details about your plan. I am just trying to identify the libraries that don’t participate
in PERS.<br>
