Dear Directors:<br>
Keavy Cook at the Ford Family Foundation is in need of data about the cost per square foot of new public library construction.<br>
<br>
If you have constructed a new free-standing building in the past 6-8 years or so, and know the approximate cost per square foot to construct your building,
<b>excluding </b>the site and the furnishings, I would like for you to send me that information. Please include the name of the facility and the year it opened.<br>
<br>
In order to make this an apples to apples comparison I <b>don't </b>need to know about projects that converted an existing building. I only want to know about brand new buildings that were built from the ground up.<br>
<br>
I will appreciate hearing from you about this so I can pass along the information to the Ford Family Foundation.<br>
