you to complete an online survey before the close of business on October 19th. I hope you’ll appreciate that the three Foundations that have been most generous in supporting Oregon public libraries over the years now want to hear from you, so they can plan
to continue their support. We designed this survey to be easy to complete. I hope you

Three statewide foundations, The Ford Family Foundation, Meyer Memorial Trust, and The Oregon Community Foundation, would like to ask for your help. Each of the three foundations has a strong history of funding libraries. And the Foundations, with the support
