<p class="MsoNormal">The State Library recently sent a postal letter to all of you who currently participate in the Statewide Database Licensing Program (SDLP) asking that you review and sign the attached Terms of Use agreement. This agreement specifies how
libraries and their authorized users may use the resources in the SDLP. At the suggestion of the Oregon Department of Justice, we will be requiring that each participant sign and return the agreement<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We are also asking that each library identify a contact person to receive news and updates about SDLP resources. We hope that this will improve our ability to communicate about issues and changes to the program in a timely manner.
